1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how ImproveTalk ("we") processes your personal data when you use www.improve-talk.com. Contact: support@improve-talk.com.

2. Data We Collect

Quiz responses (e.g., your goals, self-assessment answers); contact data (email address); device and usage data (device identifier, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, funnel progress); transaction data (plan purchased, amounts — card details are processed solely by Stripe and never touch our servers); advertising identifiers and campaign parameters (UTM tags, Meta click ID).

3. Why We Process It

To personalize and deliver your plan (performance of contract); to process payments and manage subscriptions (performance of contract); to send service and marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time (consent / legitimate interest); to measure and improve our marketing using analytics and the Meta Pixel (consent / legitimate interest); to comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies to measure ad performance and build audiences. This involves sharing limited event data (e.g., page views, purchase events, hashed identifiers) with Meta Platforms. You can control ad personalization in your Meta settings, and limit cookies via our Cookie Policy options.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), and email service providers. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data while your account/subscription is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, email support@improve-talk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. International Transfers

Our processors may store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
